How Julius Wrote 10x Faster by Finding His Voice and Using AI as an Amplifier
From "I'm not a writer" to weekly thought leader
Julius had an amazing vision.
He didn’t just want to help people feel better.
He wanted them to live better, to have a deeply healthy outlook on life. After more than 40 years in medicine, he’s had deep experience of what most “medical advice” missed — the “unmeasurable” components of health: mindset, lifestyle, personal responsibility, and more
Over the course of his practice, he built a framework called Gratefully Well (also the name of his newsletter, check it out!)
It’s a philosophy and a method, honed through decades of actual medical practice as a cardiologist. He’s implemented various aspects of it to thousands of patients, and has seen the positive effects its had on their lives.
Now, he’s ready to take the next step and bring Gratefully Well to life as a health movement. From being a powerful, yet vague, idea, he’s now ready to take it to the next level.
The only problem?
He couldn’t write about it.
A world-changing idea, stuck in his head
When Julius and I first connected, he had the passion, the experience, and the purpose-driven mission that today’s creators dream of.
But he also had three roadblocks:
No writing experience.
A half-formed framework.
Zero clue how to build a brand on social media.
This wasn’t just frustrating—it was potentially costly. Each week that passed without clarity or content meant that more lives suffering through health problems that could be completely avoidable.
That’s because Julius wasn’t just trying to “grow a brand.”
He’s trying to rally a tribe, to find a people willing to rewrite how they think about wellness.
Julius’ Gratefully Well is a transformative, holistic reframe of physical health, informed by both his personal philosophy and decades of experience.
But he’s also aware that the healthcare niche is saturated with influencers, many of them in the same field — though not necessarily as qualified and scientifically-informed as him.
To find his people and build trust, he needed to find, engage, and nurture them through written content.
He needed to establish himself as not just another hat in the ring, but an authoritative name in the field, one that has helped thousands in his decades of practice, and is now willing to help tens of thousands more.
He was trying to change the world. And he needed words to do it.
The turning point: Clarifying his framework, then amplifying his voice
We started with deep work.
First, we organized the 4 foundational modules of his brand:
His personal profile (mission, values, story, etc.)
His business profile (ideal clients, offers, his roadmap)
His writing profile (his ideal writing voice, his voice’s evolution, etc.)
The guidelines for his writing AI (writing best practices, thought process, etc.)
Then, using this structure, we trained a hyper-customized GPT: one designed specifically to speak in his tone, with his stories, about his people.
No generic ChatGPT output. No soulless content.
Just pure Julius—amplified.
Next, I’m currently coaching him in writing fundamentals.
I didn’t just hand over a tool and walk away. We built a creative rhythm:
I coach him on the basics of powerful writing: how to open strong, build flow between ideas, and close with clarity.
I teach him how to integrate AI properly into his writing process while maintaining his voice, and teach him how to best utilize AI in other aspects of his work.
We review his drafts together, with line-by-line feedback, so he’s not just producing content but also leveling up as a writer.
I guide him through Write10x systems to generate meaningful article topics that connect to his vision and resonate with his audience.
It’s not just “writing tips,” but strategy and mentorship—wrapped into a workflow that compounds.
Then, we thought about the future.
With the data gathered during the Unpromptable Voice Discovery Call, we’ve also developed have a roadmap to his first 100, 500, and 1000 subscribers. Even without our weekly meetings, he would have a clear path to follow to find his community.
That’s all part of the entry package for the Write10x system.
From clueless writer to confident creator
Let me break it to you first: there’s no shortcut to building your brand and attracting your tribe.
You have to show up, hone your skills, and put in the work.
But you can lessen the learning curve.
It took me four years to learn how to write with enough skill to build an audience.
Julius is already gathering momentum after three months. He’s clarified his core mission, business case, and writing profile. He’s leveraging AI while honing his writing sense -- so now, everything he does is aligned.
In our check in last Wednesday, I asked him:
“How long did it take you to write an article before?”
He laughed and said,
“A week? A month? Weeks for sure. One article would take a minimum of a week.”
Now, he’d write one in five hours, not counting the Notes he would put up daily (called Daily Gratitude Bit — small, 30-second meditations on the various mundane things we take for granted).
A big leap for someone whose “not a writer.” And he’ll write faster still.
His current numbers is setting up a good foundation for Gratefully Well:
70+ email subscribers
1 article per week (previously 1 article per month, if that)
2 paying pledged subscribers — even before monetization
And remember, this is just the beginning.
Despite a relatively busy schedule, we’re about to double his content output, then maybe start crossposting to Medium and other platforms. Eventually, we’ll build a social media ecosystem that attracts, nurtures, and converts his ideal community.
At this pace, I predict that Julius’ audiences will rise exponentially in the next quarter to reach about 500 people.
Why this matters (especially if you have a mission)
If you’re a mission-driven creator, expert, or thought leader, you might be in Julius’s old shoes:
You know your idea can change lives.
You just don’t know how to write about it.
And the AI noise out there feels overwhelming and soulless.
But here’s the truth:
There’s never been a better time to write your way to a mission-aligned brand.
Clarify your voice, then learn how to utilize AI. When you do, writing becomes so much easier.
Not because it’s “automated,” but because it’s aligned -- aligned with who you are, with the people you're trying to reach, and the future you want to create.
This is the essence of the Write10x philosophy: clarity before speed, strategy before scale, and humanity at the center of everything. When your systems are solid and your tools are tailored, your message resonates in whatever medium you choose.
Because in a world where everyone is louder, faster, and more optimized, what cuts through isn’t more noise.
It’s meaning.
And that’s what we build here. One voice at a time.
Want to build a system like this?
